Wishes to used her all efforts to ensure that rural people in Mwanza region are living better life. We are must interested to environmental conservation through tree planting both fruits, ornaments and commercial trees as the way to reload back greenish in Tanzania Mainland.

Gender mainstreaming

MRHP- NGO, believes that gender quality in the source is the pre-condition to rapid socio-economic growth. Therefore, wishes to educate communities the importance of raising children in the equal between boys and girl’s manner. Also, we acknowledge that women/girl are now in burden compared to men/boys hence much efforts needed to enable girls in schools and those outside schools to get right information and on time on the reproductive health services through campaign known as” NAJIELEWA”. Also, through capacity building human rights, women empowerment through entrepreneur skills and leadership skills in order to achieve SDGs number 5, 8 and 10.

Furthermore, MRHP has Gender policy that recognize the need to balance power between men and women and transform factors that continue to perpetuate gender inequalities both within organization and in its operation sites.

MRHP –NGO, wishes to used her all efforts to ensure that rural people in Mwanza region are living better life. We are must interested to environmental conservation through tree planting both fruits, ornaments and commercial trees as the way to reload back greenish in Tanzania Mainland. We promote eco-friendly housing technologies such as firing bricks by use of agro-waste materials, mainly rice husks which are abundant in our areas. The organization is also promoting making and installation of Energy Saving Stoves (ESS)

Networking, lobbying and advocacy

Beyond national boundaries, MRHP an active member of East and Southern Africa Regional Housing Network (ESARHN). The main aims of this network is advocating for the right to adequate housing, sharing information and best practices, and creating strategic linkages and partnerships

At National level, MRHP is among 32 network members of PELUM Tanzania. Major aim of this network is to facilitate campaign, lobbying and advocacy for land rights and sustainable agriculture. PELUM Tanzania and member organization achieve this through empowering smallholder farmers and local leaders by building capacities on land rights governance, networking and advocacy at village, district and national level and use of land rights related Information Education and Communication (IEC) materials.

Moreover, MRHP through housing project has identified and works with work with Tanzania Women Lawyers Association (TAWLA) as a technical and strategic partner during 2018 – 2022 implementation periods. Expected role of TAWLA will be to provide technical assistance in training women, young people, men and local leaders in women land rights and governing laws, and in strategically carrying out campaigns to advocate for women property rights related to control and ownership of productive resources such as land.
